Terms of Use

1. About these terms
Stand Here is provided by DATA4U PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us"). Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") together with these terms. These terms add details that are specific to Stand Here. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2. Free use and Pro
Free. You can get up to 3 AI plans a day; the count resets at your local midnight. New users also get 1 free Deep Scout. On-phone tools such as the grid, level and focus aids are always free.
Pro (annual subscription or lifetime purchase) includes:
- up to 100 AI plans a day;
- Deep Scout up to 20 times a month (each month counts from your original purchase date);
- all Pose silhouettes, all scene packs, your full shooting history, and comparison cards without our badge.
7-day Travel Pass. Pro for 7 days, including 15 Deep Scouts. It doesn't renew automatically.
Deep Scout add-on. 10 extra Deep Scouts. Add-on uses never expire and are used after your monthly allowance.
About the limits. Daily and monthly limits keep the cloud AI service fair and affordable to run. A request that fails because of a connection or server problem doesn't count against your limit. We may raise the limits. We won't lower the limits you have already paid for during a paid period.
Lifetime. A lifetime purchase gives you Pro for as long as we offer the app, with the same limits as the annual subscription. If we ever have to stop offering a cloud feature, the Pro features that run on your phone keep working.
Deep Scout needs your consent. Deep Scout sends your camera view to Google for analysis, so it works only after you agree on the consent screen. Saying no doesn't affect any other Pro feature. Deep Scout isn't available in Hong Kong for now.
3. Payment, renewal and refunds
- All purchases are made through Apple, and prices are shown on the purchase screen before you pay.
- The annual subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone.
- If your subscription starts with a free trial, you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Otherwise the subscription starts when the trial ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Family Sharing isn't available for these purchases.
4. AI suggestions and your safety
- Suggestions are generated automatically. They can be wrong, and some may be impossible or unsafe to follow where you are. You decide what to do.
- Always watch your surroundings. Don't step into traffic, onto railway tracks, near cliff edges or water, or into restricted or private areas to get a shot. Follow local laws, signs and staff instructions.
- Deep Scout ideas are checked against your camera view, but they may still mention things that aren't there. If an idea doesn't match what you see, skip it.
5. Photographing people
Make sure the people you photograph are OK with it. Respect their privacy and local laws on photography and likeness. Don't use the app to photograph people secretly, in private places, or anywhere photography is not allowed.
6. Acceptable use
Don't:
- reverse-engineer, overload or send automated requests to our relay server;
- try to get around usage limits or purchase checks;
- resell access to the app's AI features;
- send unlawful content through the app.
We may suspend cloud features for anyone who does.
7. Your photos
Photos you take are yours. We don't claim any rights to them, and we don't store the camera frames sent for AI analysis (see the Privacy Policy).
8. Availability
Cloud features depend on third-party services and an internet connection, so they may sometimes be slow or unavailable. When the cloud isn't reachable, Guide falls back to on-phone rules. We may change or improve features over time.
9. Liability
The app and its suggestions are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live that can't be excluded by contract, such as the Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. This doesn't take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live.
11. Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the effective date. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Questions: hello@ask10ais.com

2. 免費使用與 Pro
免費。 每天最多 3 次「幫我拍」方案，在你當地午夜重置。新使用者另送 1 次深度探索。格線、水平儀、對焦輔助等手機上的工具一直免費。
Pro（年訂或終身買斷）包含：
- 「幫我拍」每天最多 100 次；
- 深度探索每月最多 20 次（每個月從原始購買日起算）；
- 全部 Pose 人影、全部場景包、完整拍攝紀錄，以及不帶我們角標的對比卡。
7 天旅行通行證。 7 天內享有 Pro，含 15 次深度探索；不會自動續訂。
深度探索加購。 額外 10 次深度探索。加購次數永不過期，會在每月額度用完後使用。
關於次數上限。 每日和每月上限，是為了讓雲端 AI 服務公平、能長期負擔。因連線或伺服器問題而失敗的請求，不計入次數。我們可能提高上限，但不會在你已付費的期間內降低你已購買的上限。
終身版。 終身買斷讓你在我們提供本 App 期間一直享有 Pro，上限與年訂相同。萬一我們必須停止某項雲端功能，在手機上運行的 Pro 功能仍可繼續使用。
深度探索需要你的同意。 深度探索會把取景畫面傳給 Google 分析，所以必須在同意畫面按下同意後才能使用。不同意不影響其他 Pro 功能。香港暫不提供深度探索。
3. 付款、續訂與退款
- 所有購買都透過 Apple 進行，價格會在付款前顯示於購買畫面。
- 年訂會以相同價格自動續訂，除非你在本期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂。可在 iPhone 的「設定 › [你的名字] › 訂閱項目」管理或取消。
- 如果你的訂閱含免費試用，在試用結束前取消就不會被收費；否則試用結束時開始訂閱。
- 退款由 Apple 依其政策處理，可至 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請。
- 這些購買項目不支援「家人共享」。
4. AI 建議與你的安全
- 建議由 AI 自動產生，可能不正確，有些在你所在的地方可能做不到或不安全。要不要照做由你決定。
- 請隨時注意周遭。不要為了拍照走進車道、鐵軌、懸崖邊、水邊，或禁止進入、私人區域。請遵守當地法律、標示和工作人員的指示。
- 深度探索的點子會對照你的取景畫面核對，但仍可能提到畫面裡沒有的東西。和你看到的不符時，跳過就好。
5. 拍攝他人
請確認被拍的人同意。尊重他人的隱私，以及當地關於拍攝和肖像的法律。不要用本 App 偷拍他人、在私密場所拍攝，或在禁止拍攝的地方拍攝。
6. 可接受的使用方式
請不要：
- 對我們的轉送伺服器進行逆向工程、灌量或自動化請求；
- 試圖繞過次數上限或購買驗證；
- 轉售本 App 的 AI 功能；
- 透過本 App 傳送違法內容。
有上述行為者，我們可能暫停其雲端功能。
7. 你的照片
你拍的照片歸你所有，我們不主張任何權利，也不保存為了 AI 分析而傳送的取景畫面（詳見隱私權政策）。
8. 服務可用性
雲端功能仰賴第三方服務和網路連線，有時可能變慢或無法使用。連不上雲端時，「幫我拍」會改用手機上的規則分析。我們可能隨時間調整或改進功能。
9. 責任
在法律允許的範圍內，本 App 及其建議依「現狀」提供。在法律允許的範圍內，我們不對間接或衍生損失負責；我們對你的總責任，以你在索賠前 12 個月內為本 App 支付給我們的金額為上限。
本條款不限制你依所在地消費者保護法律享有、且不得以契約排除的權利。
10. 準據法
本條款以新加坡法律為準據法，但不影響你所在國家強制性消費者保護法律給你的保障。
11. 變更與聯絡
本條款如有變更，會更新本頁和生效日期；重大變更會在 App 內通知。問題請寄：hello@ask10ais.com
